Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

Items must have been purchased from Awana by the same person or account requesting credit for the return.

Returns - Due to Church mis-order/excess order:
If a church places an order and decides not to use the material or finds that they have ordered too many items and decides to return them, the shipping costs will be paid by the church.

Returns – Due to pick and pack mistake
If a church places an order and it is “picked – packed and shipped” incorrectly by Awana, the church should contact Customer Care @ 1-877-422-6292 ext. 1 or email Outline the discrepancy/error in the order and Customer Care will correct the error as quickly as possible without additional shipping fees.

If the church was sent “incorrect” items, they will then pack up the items in question and ship them back to the Returns Address (see below), paying for the shipping. When the package is received, your church account will be credited the shipping amount and will not be charged for the shipping of the “correct or initially ordered” items.

Securely pack the items and be sure to include inside the package:

  • A list of the items and reason for return
  • Church name
  • Your name
  • Your phone number and email
