The ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse.
The ‘Delivers’ date range is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
We make every effort to ship your items within two business days. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
All estimates are based on business days.
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Back orders are not billed to your account or credit card until the items are shipped. Special shipping is for first delivery only. Back orders will not ship via 2 Day or Next Day delivery. We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
